Lan Pham to the Associate Minister for the Environment: Does the Minister agree with the statement of the Biodiversity Collaborative Group that "“The opportunity to commission and consider advice as a group, absorb other parties’ perspectives and workshop alternative options has been critical to reaching a high level of agreement on the content of the draft NPS"; if not, why not?

Hon Andrew Hoggard: This is an extract from the 2018 report by the Biodiversity Collaborative Group on how it operated and came to a conclusion, it is not something for me to agree or disagree with.
