4211 (2024). Lan Pham to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: When, if ever, will a summary of the targeted engagement with stakeholders for the fast-track consenting regime be released?

Hon Chris Bishop: A summary of engagement with stakeholders was prepared as part of the package of materials supporting the introduction of the Fast-track Approvals Bill. The summary is included as part of a proactive release package currently being prepared for release. The date for release is anticipated to be mid to late April.
