4202 (2024). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Police: How many current frontline vacancies, if any, are there in Gisborne?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that Police operates a Resource Allocation Target (RAT) methodology that allocates staff to each geographical District. This provides District Commanders with the flexibility to allocate resources to the various locations within their District according to their assessed demand from time to time. This is also my response to Written Parliamentary Questions 4209 and 4210 (2024).
