4200 (2024). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Police: Have gang liaison officers been utilised in the homicide investigation in Gisborne on 23 March?

Hon Mark Mitchell: Yes. I am advised that there are two gang whānau engagement positions in Gisborne, one of which is vacant. However, Gisborne, as part of the Eastern District, is supported by additional gang whānau engagement team members from Hawkes Bay. This is also my response to Written Parliamentary Question 4201 (2024).
