4090 (2024). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister for Infrastructure: What has been the total percentage increase or decrease for all of the Minister’s relevant Ministries, Agencies and Departments spend on contractors and consultants since 27 November 2023, to the week of 25 March 2024?

Hon Chris Bishop: The Infrastructure Commission's spend on contractors and consultants has decreased by 66% when compared to the same 4-month period in the previous year. Rau Paenga spend on contractors and consultants has decreased by 53% than from the start of the financial year (July 1 to November 27).
