Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What were the efficiency or savings targets, if any, set for each Te Whatu Ora region (Northern, Midland, Central, South Island) for each of the financial years 2023/24, 2024/25, and 2025/26, expressed both as the percentage applied to each region’s budget or relevant budget line, and the corresponding dollar amount in that year?
