4008 (2024). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister of Education: What actions, if any, did the Minister take to mitigate any real, or perceived conflicts of interest in appointing Murry McCully to the School Property Inquiry?

Hon Erica Stanford: The Ministry of Education sought conflict of interest information from the reviewers as part of the appointment process. The Ministry will continue to work with the reviewers to identify and mitigate any new or changed conflicts that may arise during the course of the inquiry.
