3992 (2024). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister of Revenue: Does he agree with the Prime Minister’s statement “So yes, it's a bit of a different process, but the money still comes through $975 each quarter”, and if so, what will be the cost to government of processing each reimbursement application?

Hon Simon Watts: Yes. Calculations are not made on much it costs to process each separate application. The costs are determined at a higher level based on the number of families expected to be eligible. Further details will be released following Budget.
