3986 (2024). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister of Finance: Does she agree with the Prime Minister’s statement “We do not expect ECE providers to increase their costs and to increase their prices, because we actually also will have, for the first time, a lot of data that we'll be collecting to be able to monitor ECE charges and prices”, and if so, on what advice, by title and date, was this statement made?

Hon Nicola Willis: Yes I agree with the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister is responsible for his statements.
