3962 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister for State Owned Enterprises: Other than the Crown through Pāmu, who are the ultimate owners of Melody Dairies Limited Partnership (if the owner is a listed company what is the identity of that company)?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: Pāmu advises that the other owners of Melody Dairies are Nu-Mega Ingredients (NZ) Limited and Dairy Nutraceuticals Investment Limited. The shareholders of these companies are publicly available via the Companies Office website.
