3961 (2026). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister of Finance: What consultation, if any, was undertaken with the current Reserve Bank Governor regarding the establishment of the independent review of New Zealand’s monetary policy response to the Covid-19 pandemic?

Hon Nicola Willis: The terms of reference for the independent review were confirmed by Cabinet before Dr Anna Breman began her tenure as Governor. Dr Breman has welcomed the review.
