Hon Penny Simmonds: In my capacity as the Minister for the Environment, I received the attached advice, reports, briefings, aides memoire and documents between 18 March and 25 March 2024. It is not in the public interest to release 5 further titles as they are under active consideration. This is also my response to written parliamentary question 4050 (2024).
