3928 (2024). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister of Finance: How, if at all, will claiming the FamilyBoost rebate impact access to 20 hours ECE and Childcare Subsidy funding?

Hon Nicola Willis: FamilyBoost will not impact access to the 20 Hours ECE subsidy and the Childcare Subsidy. The FamilyBoost payment covers 25 percent of a household’s remaining ECE fees incurred after the 20 Hours Free and MSD Childcare Subsidy have been taken into account (up to a maximum amount of $75 per week).
