Hon Jenny Salesa to the Minister of Customs: How many requests for official information have been received by the Minister or their office since Hon Casey Costello became Minister; how many of these were answered within the statutory 20 working days, had their deadlines for response extended beyond the statutory 20 working days or were transferred within the statutory 10 working days?

Hon Casey Costello: As at 26 March 2024, I have received three requests for information as Minister of Customs. Of the two requests where a decision on release was due by 26 March 2024, both decisions were made within the statutory timeframe.
