3883 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister for ACC: In what circumstances would it be appropriate to charge for replying to Official Information Act requests made to their office, or agencies for which the Minister is responsible?

Hon Scott Simpson: I expect ACC to follow the guidance provided by the Ombudsman, which is available on the Ombudsman’s website: “Charging: A guide to charging for official information under the OIA and LGOIMA".
