Hon Nicole McKee: I received the following advice: • 5 February 2025 – Aide memoire: Firearms Phase Two: Interaction with Resource Management Act 1991 and transitional provisions • 7 February 2025 – Report: Weekly report (Justice, Associate Justice and Courts) I have received 6 further documents, but I believe it would prejudice the orderly and effective conduct of government decision making processes to release the titles at this time.
