Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: As Prime Minister, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on a range of matters. In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I received the following documents from 3-7 February 2025 from my officials in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC): • 2023/24 DPMC Annual Review responses to the post-hearing questions, 3 February 2025 • Governor-General’s travel, 3 February 2025 • Responsibilities of the Associate Ministers of Housing and Transport and transfer of responsibility for matters relating to aviation, 4 February 2025 • March Baseline Update 2025, 4 February 2024 • Transfer of responsibility – Hon Grigg – electorate ACC decisions, 5 February 2025 • Appointment Letters: Hon Dr Shane Reti and Hon Penny Simmonds 5 February 2025 • Statement of Contingent Liabilities and Assets as at 31 December 2024, 5 February 2025 • Budget 2025 Vote Prime Minister and Cabinet Submission Update, 7 February 2025 Jointly with the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery, I received the following report: Cyclone Recovery Weekly Update on Categorisation, Buyouts, and Sediment Removal on 5 February 2025. I have received briefings from the Policy Advisory Group, a business unit of DPMC, during the requested timeframe, however I am not releasing the titles of these briefings. Also, in my capacity as the Prime Minister and the Minister for National Security and Intelligence, I received two documents within the specified timeframe, however, it is not in the public interest to release the title of these documents. Furthermore, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from my officials in DPMC and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices. This information is not held in a format that can be easily extracted within the time frame.
