Rt Hon Winston Peters: During the week beginning 3 February 2025, I did not receive any reports, briefings, aides memoire, memos in my capacity as Minister for Rail that were not sent to the Minister of Finance as well. I am advised the Treasury publishes on its website a list of the reports and briefings that the Minister of Finance has received, where she has portfolio responsibility as Minister of Finance. https://www.treasury.govt.nz/publications/other-official-information/titles-advice-minister-finance-treasury-inland-revenue-and-reserve-bank I refer the Member to this list, which will shortly be publicly available and include the documents I have received. Some titles may not be released if they relate to matters of commercial sensitivity, active consideration, legal privilege and/or confidential negotiations.
