3848 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Attorney-General: How many graduate positions, if any, were there in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, between November 2024 and November 2025?

Hon Judith Collins: Crown Law (CLO) and the Parliamentary Counsel Office (PCO) are part of the Government Law Network (GLN) Graduate Programme, where graduates rotate to different departments across their two-year programme. Between November 2024 and November 2025 a number of GLN graduates were seconded to CLO and the PCO, however there are no graduate positions established at CLO or the PCO.
