3845 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Health: On how many occasions, if any, during the 2025 calendar year did each agency for which the Minister has responsibility charge someone for providing information under the Official Information Act and for each instance what was the amount charged, the reason for the charge and the date of the request?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that there were no instances during the 2025 calendar year where the Ministry of Health or Health New Zealand charged a requestor and received a fee for the supply of information under the Official Information Act 1982.
