Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress has been made in the last quarter (October to December 2023) to ‘Develop a robust equity-first prioritisation methodology to be used in cancer investment decision-making’ under Outcome 2: New Zealanders experience equitable cancer outcomes, as part of the New Zealand Cancer Action Plan 2019 – 2029?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised a prioritisation framework was developed during this period to support Te Aho o Te Kahu — Cancer Control Agency business planning process and strategic plan review.
