3802 (2025). Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister for the Environment: Does she agree with Cr Tim Mepham’s assertion that Ministry for the Environment officials were instructed to consult with Otago Regional Council as "an attempt to minimise the political damage" caused by her intervention?
