3771 (2024). Tamatha Paul to the Associate Minister of Housing: How many Kāinga Ora households, if any, received a first notice under Section 55A of the Residential Tenancies Act in each month since January 2020?

Hon Tama Potaka: As Associate Minister of Housing (Social Housing), Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that 80 households have received a first notice under Section 55A of the Residential Tenancies Act since January 2020: two in August 2023, two in September 2023, 13 in October 2023, nine in November 2023, 22 in December 2023, 17 in January 2024, 15 in February 2024.
