3767 (2024). Tamatha Paul to the Associate Minister of Housing: How many Kāinga Ora households, if any, received a second notice under Section 55A of the Residential Tenancies Act in each month since January 2020?

Hon Tama Potaka: As Associate Minister of Housing (Social Housing), Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that 21 households have received a second notice under Section 55A of the Residential Tenancies Act since January 2020: one in August 2023, two in September 2023, four in October 2023, four in December 2023, six in January 2024, four in February 2024.
