3766 (2024). Tamatha Paul to the Associate Minister of Housing: How many applications, if any, were made to the Tenancy Tribunal by Kāinga Ora to end a tenancy under Section 55A of the Residential Tenancies Act in each month since January 2020?

Hon Tama Potaka: As Associate Minister of Housing (Social Housing), Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that two applications have been made to the Tenancy Tribunal to end a tenancy under section 55a of the Residential Tenancies Act since January 2020. One took place in December 2022, and the second took place in January 2024.
