Hon Nicola Willis: The Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment has provided the attached breakdown of 317 employees made redundant between 27 November 2023 and 31 January 2025, broken down by region, ethnicity and gender. Redundancies have been broken down by regions instead of districts to keep the data more organised and consistent with MBIE’s reporting. With regard to New Zealand Growth Capital Partners, I am advised that NZGCP made less than five staff redundant during the period as part of an organisational restructure.
