Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister for Tourism and Hospitality: What are the total costs of staff redundancies, if any, in the Minister’s departments, ministries and agencies - or for any other staff for whom the Minister is responsible - between 27 November 2023 and 7 February 2025?

Hon Louise Upston: As Minister for Tourism and Hospitality, I have no responsibility for any government departments or Ministries. With regard to Crown entities under the Tourism and Hospitality portfolio, I am advised that the total cost of redundancies at Tourism New Zealand was $856,396.00.
