3746 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Regional Development: In what circumstances would it be appropriate to charge for replying to Official Information Act requests made to their office, or agencies for which the Minister is responsible?

Hon Shane Jones: My office has not charged for replying to Official Information Act requests. As Regional Development Minister I am not responsible for any agencies.
