3734 (2024). Arena Williams to the Minister for Building and Construction: What options, if any, is the Minister considering for opting out of a building consent process?

Hon Chris Penk: I am considering options for allowing home builders to opt out of needing a building consent provided they have long-term insurance for the building work.
