3728 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister for State Owned Enterprises: Are any directors of Pāmu, Landcorp Pastoral Limited, or any other company related to Pāmu, beneficial owners (directly or indirectly) of Spring Sheep Dairy NZ Limited Partnership given the corporate structure set out in WPQ 3057 2024
Hon Paul Goldsmith: No; Pāmu advises that no directors of Pāmu, Landcorp Pastoral Limited or any other company related to Pāmu are beneficial owners of Spring Sheep Dairy NZ Limited Partnership. For completeness, Pāmu advises that two of its directors have held governance roles in companies that do have a beneficial interest in Spring Sheep via Pāmu’s joint venture partner, SLC Ventures. These were Pāmu's former Chair, Warren Parker, who was a director of Quayside Holdings, and current Pāmu director Claire Nicholson who was a director of Parininihi ki Waitotara until November 2023. Pāmu advises that these conflicts were noted in its interests register and managed by the Pāmu board.
