3727 (2024). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Associate Minister of Education: Does he consider distribution of leftover kai from the Ka Ora, Ka Ako programme, to whānau, ākonga and community a waste; if so, why?

Hon David Seymour: I consider that the purpose of the programme is to provide lunch to students.
