3724 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister responsible for Ministerial Services: Has the Minister or their staff had any discussions with any officials who planned to charge for replying to Official Information Act requests and if so, what advice, if any, did they provide those officials?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In addition to my response to written question 3722 (2026), I have had no discussions nor received any advice from Ministerial Services or any officials regarding charging for replying to Official Information Act requests under section 15 of the Act.
