Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: What are the total costs of staff redundancies, if any, in the Minister’s departments, ministries and agencies - or for any other staff for whom the Minister is responsible - between 27 November 2023 and 7 February 2025?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised by the Ministry of Social Development that between 27 November 2023 and 7 February 2025, the amount spent on redundancy payments was $19,878,684.92 gross.
