Hon Chris Bishop: My office and I have communicated with Sir Bill through a variety of channels. As many of these communications are not centrally recorded by title and date, I am unable - within the timeframe of a written question - to provide a full list. It would take considerable amount of time to collate this information. Therefore, in accordance with Speaker’s Ruling 210/6, I consider that the time, and hence expense, of answering this question cannot be justified as a matter of public interest.
