3713 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Defence: How many graduate positions, if any, were there in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, between November 2024 and November 2025?

Hon Judith Collins: In November 2024, the New Zealand Defence Force had six civilian graduate positions. This figure reduced to one civilian graduate position in January 2025 and remained at one through November 2025. The Ministry of Defence’s position has not changed since their response to WPQ 29661(2025).
