3703 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Land Information: In what circumstances would it be appropriate to charge for replying to Official Information Act requests made to their office, or agencies for which the Minister is responsible?

Hon Chris Penk: Neither Land Information New Zealand nor my office have any policy relating to charging for Official Information Act requests. In line with s15(2) of the Act, consideration would be given to the labour and materials involved in making the information available.
