3679 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Associate Minister of Housing: In what circumstances would it be appropriate to charge for replying to Official Information Act requests made to their office, or agencies for which the Minister is responsible?

Hon Tama Potaka: My office follows the Ombudsman’s guide to charging for official information, which includes under what circumstances may be appropriate to charge.
