Hon Paul Goldsmith: My regular meetings with officials cover a range of topics and typically relate to any papers I have received in the prior week. These meetings are attended by the Secretary for Justice and other officials as required, in addition to staff from my office. No formal minutes were recorded. It is up to my staff to record action points as they see fit.
