Steve Abel to the Prime Minister: When the Prime Minister described talks between the United States and New Zealand concerning a critical minerals framework as “frothy” and “speculative and hypothetical”, was he aware that the Secretary of Foreign Affairs and Trade was travelling to the United States for discussions on this framework?
