Hon Brooke van Velden: As of 27 March 2024, 13% of migrant exploitation complaints received by the Labour Inspectorate from 1 January 2023 to 21 March 2024 had entered an investigation phase and were assigned to an investigation team. A further 15% had been assigned to other Employment Services teams for resolution, with 18% awaiting assessment and 48% closed in assessment.
