Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised that out of 54 employers who had their Employer Accreditation revoked during 2023, none of those employers were charged with offences under section 351 of the Immigration Act 2009, Exploitation of Unlawful Employees and Temporary Workers. Other investigations may occur by Employment Services Labour Inspectorate, the responsible Minister is the Honourable Brooke van Velden for Workplace Relations and Safety.
