Hon Penny Simmonds: MfE: I am advised 173 staff were made redundant or accepted voluntary redundancy, at the Ministry for the Environment, between 27 November 2023 and 7 February 2025. I refer the Member to the attached tables listing the role title, date of redundancy, type of employment, and duration of service. EPA: Thirteen staff were made redundant in the period between 27 November 2023 and 7 February 2024 broken down by role type, date of redundancy and length of service. All staff were permanent employees.
