3638 (2024). Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister of Immigration: Regarding the ending of the support package for Migrant Exploitation Protection Visa holders, is the government stopping taking applications or dropping everyone whose applications are in process?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised that the Migrant Exploitation Protection Visa category remains open to anyone who has been assessed and has received a Report of Exploitation Letter to apply for the visa. The temporary support package is no longer available, and applications have closed.
