Hon Chris Penk: On average, Land Information New Zealand has granted 408 applications under delegation per year for the past three years. The number of applications granted over the last three months is close to recent averages. Note that Land Information New Zealand had granted 122 applications under delegation between 27 November 2023 and 27 February 2024, 80 of which were received since 27 November 2023.
