3628 (2024). Lan Pham to the Minister for Land Information: Has the Minister set any expectations about the processing timeframes for applications under the Overseas Investment Act 2005; if so, what are these expectations?

Hon Chris Penk: Assessment timeframes for overseas investment applications are set out in the Overseas Investment Regulations 2005. I have not set any additional expectations.
