Hon Chris Penk: I have received the below two briefings on potential impacts of the fast-track approval bill on the work of Land Information New Zealand: • BRF 24-304 Addressing land acquisition challenges under the Public Works Act 1981 • BRF 24-328 Further advice on the Public Works Act 1981 and Fast Track Consenting.
