3615 (2026). Lan Pham to the Minister of Local Government: How many, if any, breaches of the Maximum Acceptable Value of e. coli in drinking water were found in 2025?

Hon Simon Watts: The Authority received the following notifications of Maximum Acceptable Value (MAV) exceedances of E.coli in drinking water during the 2025 calendar year: • 119 notifications of E. coli MAV exceedances submitted in 2025 for publicly registered supplies • 222 notifications of E. coli MAV exceedances submitted by laboratories in 2025 in relation to publicly registered supplies
