Hon Priyanca Radhakrishnan to the Minister for Disability Issues: Does she agree with the Prime Minister’s statement “The ministry made the decision to tighten up the criteria for modifications and equipment, which is a piece of the total disability services budget”, and if so on what date was her Office made aware of this change, and by who?

Hon Penny Simmonds: On 14 March I signed the briefing that the implementation would occur on Monday, 18th March.
