Hon Simon Watts: The Water Services Authority - Taumata Arowai, received the following notifications of Maximum Acceptable Value (MAV) exceedances for nitrate in drinking water during the 2025 calendar year: • 3 notifications of nitrate MAV exceedances submitted in 2025 for publicly registered supplies • 4 notifications of nitrate MAV exceedances submitted by laboratories in 2025 in relation to publicly registered supplies
