3606 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Climate Change: In what circumstances would it be appropriate to charge for replying to Official Information Act requests made to their office, or agencies for which the Minister is responsible?

Hon Simon Watts: I expect my office and departments follow the guidance from the Ombudsman and the Ministry of Justice when making decisions relating to charging under the Official Information Act.
